I am using the Windows 64bit version and I tried two versions of the wireshark. Which are 2.6.5 and 2.4.11. The problem is that it supposed to get some UDP which length is larger than 300 bytes but I cannot capture it. I am sure the problem is not on the hardware or the software run by me because all the things goes well excpet this software, and I also try it on Ubuntu and the Linux version of wireshark work just fine. Hope someone can help me this which really disturbing.

Most obvious reason is that there is a 'snaplength' defined for the interface you capture on. Go to Capture → Options..., then in the dialog look for you capture interface, then look at the column Snaplen. If that says anything else than default, make sure it is large enough.

Another option is to replace WinPcap with NPcap, as capture engine.
