Help Manual pages missing after Win7 build

Following a 32bit build of Wireshark 2.4.2 on Windows7 Enterprise 64bit, Wireshark runs OK, but none of the Help->Manual Pages will display. There are no warning/error messages displayed.

Following a 32bit build of Wireshark 2.4.2 on Windows7 Enterprise 64bit, Wireshark runs OK, but none of the Help->Manual Pages will display. There are no warning/error messages displayed.displayed. The html pages are built, just not displayed. Does Wireshark post errors in a log file?
