multicast storm?

Hey, a few days ago my network goes down. After a few hours i found a PC that flooded it at L2. I had the opportunity to understand the case and trace it with wireshark. This happens after windows enters standby/hibernation state. Does anyone know what this cutting out mean? I need an indicator what can be the fault. Thank you! image description
