multicast storm?

Hey, a few days ago my network goes down. After a few hours i found a PC that flooded it at L2. I had the opportunity to understand the case and trace it with wireshark. This happens after windows enters standby/hibernation state. Does anyone know what this cutting out mean? I need an indicator what can be the fault. Thank you!

This image clip shows output that resembles a network card going crazy after the standby/hibernate. Apparently its driver doesn't handle this situation very well.

Thanks for explanation. It seems to be the same situation when PC is in shut down, its a Intel i219-LM.

Well, make sure that the driver is up to date, and if it is, toss out the network hardware.
