How to view Xbox one traffic?

Hi All,

I'm trying to find a game server IP address, however, when I run wireshark whilst in a game, I don't see any traffic from the xbox appear? does anyone know why this happens?

Looking to get educated on this and solve the problem.

In short, I followed the tutorial below to set up static routes to the Australian servers but it didn't seem to work so I'm using wireshark to see if I am still connecting to those servers or if the issue is elsewhere: https://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/r02gkf/bug_fix_no_more_lag_select_the_server_you_want_to/?sort=new

Guide (Xbox) Gain access to your router.

Find the screen for "Static Routing" or something similar.

Add entries for the servers you want to block.

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 (try 255.255.255.255 if that doesn't work)

Default gateway/Gateway IP: Your router's IP address

Destination IP: One of the IP addresses below

Metric: 2

You might have other settings, you may need to Google or trial and error for your specific router.

australiaeast - 20.53.213.241 (Want access to this one)
australiasoutheast - 40.115.72.13 (Want access to this one)
southafricanorth - 102.133.196.95
westeurope - 20.82.62.217
southcentralus - 40.74.160.107
japaneast - 20.89.85.19
japanwest - 104.46.232.223
northeurope - 20.93.96.74
westus - 13.73.33.93
westus2 - 20.99.161.82
northcentralus - 20.98.11.58
eastus2 - 52.184.222.204
eastus - 52.152.253.13
southeastasia - 20.43.154.231
centralus - 20.84.128.18
brazilsouth - 20.201.11.149
eastasia - 13.75.49.198

This will break your routers ability to access these IP addresses correctly, similar to the "hosts" file method.

Thanks
