No user interfaces come up when I load up Wireshark

When I load Wireshark up no user interfaces come up. I have no idea why no Internet connections shows up on this computer it works on my other pc.

You don't have the proper capture driver running (npf) (Windows) or don't have the required permissions (Un*x). Some search among these parameters should pop up many questions and answers on this subject, and here.
