Can Wireshark avoid downloading updates more than once?
When Wireshark offers to install an update, but the installation fails, for example because a document is open, when you retry to install the update, Wireshark insists on downloading it again. I imagine the download is stored somewhere - could Wireshark check to see if it has already been downloaded and use that one instead of downloading again? It would save time and everyone's bandwidth?
What if the download is corrupted? I guess something could grub around in the temporary downloads directory but I dint think being a feature that a dev is going to put much effort into.
