When Wireshark offers to install an update, but the installation fails, for example because a document is open, when you retry to install the update, Wireshark insists on downloading it again. I imagine the download is stored somewhere - could Wireshark check to see if it has already been downloaded and use that one instead of downloading again? It would save time and everyone's bandwidth?
