I've installed latest Npcap and latest Wireshark and I still get "Local interfaces are unavailable..." error

I've installed the latest Wireshark and Npcap and I'm still getting Local interfaces are unavailable because no packet capture driver is installed. I've rebooted several times, re-installed, etc, but no change. I'm running Windows 11 on ARM64 on a Snapdragon 7c

At this time there's very little experience of using npcap (and Wireshark) on ARM64 so welcome to the bleeding edge.

As this would seem to be an npcap issue, you should raise an issue on the npcap GitHub site.
