How to use old capture files for new capture session?

Few days back I was able to capture VoIP calls via Ribbon SBC -Skype for Business server on Wireshark but now it has stopped working. There were no changes from the network side on that packet capture VM. I have old capture files and would like to do new VoIP capture session
