can i activate monitor mode on a ethernet cable
i want to monitor my networks traffic but all the monitor mods are wireless i need to know if i can make it wired.

That's known as promiscuous mode. Even with that enabled you can only capture traffic that passes the NIC, on a switched network you won't see any traffic that isn't sent out on the switch port you're connected to.
