I need to find the difference between a pair of Request packets and ACK packets. Any ideas?

I'm pretty new to Wireshark and need to figure out what the difference is between one Request packet and another one that's been requested after. I also need to do the same for a couple ACK packets as well. I started a capture and then I had to open a command prompt and release my current IP address lease and then do a renew as well (Done using a Virtual Machine) and then had to stop the capture after another Request packet and ACK packet showed up at the very bottom. I've been looking into it for a few days now and can't seem to find out what the difference is between them. I would imagine the extra ACK is for a re-acknowledgment but I could be wrong. Any ideas? Thanks!

Can you anonymize the capture, upload it to a public fileshare like Onedrive or Google then post a link here?
Also there are some good ideas in here:
