I want to create a new plugin in wireshark which dissects the customized CAN data frame. Then need to load this new plugin into wireshark which is running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

We have documentation for this, see the Wireshark Developers Guide. There is also lots of essential information in the source tree, in the docs directory and in the Development page of the wiki.
