I've been building both a 32-bit and 64-bit custom PortableApps package for some time, and I was just wondering why the buildbots don't.

Since Wireshark 3.6.0rc1 Release Candidate, a 64-bit Windows PortableApps package is now available from the /download/win64 location, such as from https://www.wireshark.org/download/wi..., or Go Spelunking to find another download location nearer to you.

The original thinking is that a 64 bit version will NOT run on a 32 bit OS, which would cause support issues for some folks if they don't pay attention, whereas the 32 bit version will run everywhere (except ARM). We shall see how many come in now that we do produce it.
