Can I monitor all http on OSX within LAN?

I am using Mac Pro, I want to monitor all http packets on the LAN. If it's impossible, wireless packets only. I tried to capture after turned on the monitor mode, but it only captures the non-http packets. Please help me! Thanks

What do you mean by "the non-http packets"? Do you mean that all the packets just say that they're 802.11 packets - not only no HTTP packets, but no TCP at all, and no UDP, and no ARP, and so on?

What I want is to get the list of sites which access by other PCs within LAN. Is it possible?

If your LAN is a wireless LAN, it's probably "protected", meaning it's encrypted with WEP, WPA, WPA2, or WPA3.

This means that the packets captured in monitor mode are encrypted, and you will need to supply to Wireshark the information needed to decrypt them. See the Wireshark Wiki's "how to decrypt 802.11" page.
