"ssl.record.length" is deprecated
"ssl.record.length" is deprecated or may have unexpected results in 3.0.3. What can I do to use this filter? Is there a new filter instead? Thank you.

From the Wireshark 3.0 Release Notes:
The SSL dissector has been renamed to TLS. As with BOOTP the old “ssl.*” display filter fields are supported but may be removed in a future release.
Not explicitly stated, but use "tls.*" instead of "ssl.*"

Looking for a detailed explanation on the SSL debug file
How to verify what protocol was used in an encrypted file transfer?
Application data isn't decrypted whether I choose spdy, data, http or tcp as protocol.
Is it possible that wireshark doesn't recognize protocol?
Step by step SSL decrypt with wireshark
