How can I capture packets without admin login?

When I open WireShark it asks for admin login to use C:/windows/system32/Npcap/NpcapHelper.exe

I don't have admin right but need to see SSL Handhsake packets. Win 7

You'll need to reinstall npcap and ensure the option to require administrative privileges is NOT checked.
