Attempted to install 3.0.2 on windows 10 1803. When it attempted to install npcap the box dumped out to blue screen with IRQ error. Now I can not uninstall the driver. If I try to remove the npcap loopback driver the box crashes with the same error. So far I have been able to repro this on one other system I dare not do it on a third until I understand how to remove the associated driver and any trainwreck it has left behind.
What builds was this tested against?
How to do I clean this up?
Wireshark uninstall did not fix this.
