I've restarted wireshark after first run on the computer and all captured packets now have proxy server as destination address. What I need to do to capture real outcoming packets again?

I've restarted wireshark after first run I need to resolve a problem with a web application running on the computer server in our network, and wireshark seems to be a good tool to see raw packets. so i've installed wireshark on the computer, that using that app, and it works fine. But after applying some filters wireshark got hanged, and after restart all captured packets now is encrypted and have proxy server as destination address.
