Hiring a WireShark Expert

Hello WS Community,

I currently have hosted Windows Servers for two customers at Intermedia. One of them appears to have been compromised, and the cloud server portal is showing excessive and ongoing bandwidth usage. I’ve made some changes to the hosted firewall component, and run several different scans on the server, but haven’t found the source of the problem. Frustratingly, Intermedia’s Technical Support hasn’t been very helpful in further detailing the days/times/ports involved in the bandwidth usage. I’ve installed WireShark and tried to filter and sort to see what's going on, but haven’t made any progress. What’s really maddening is that I’m being charged hundreds of dollars for these overages, far more than the customer is paying for their whole hosted server package. Therefore instead of trying to learn WireShark under duress, I'd like to find a trustworthy company that can get to the source of this issue quickly and help resolve it.

Thanks for any advice, Paul
