troubleshooting Bad TCP

For the last week every time I try to play any game online I get a connection to server timeout error. At first I thought it was specific to the game Apex Legends, but then I realized it was happening in every match of league of legends as well and just about any game I play online. I figured I could use wireshark to help em find the problem but I'm not experienced with how to use it. I got as far as making a button to filter the BadTCP packets, but I don't know how to use the information I now have to try to fix my problem. I attached my results to this post. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Copy and paste "tcp.analysis.flags && !tcp.analysis.window_update" into the filter to see the myriad of BadTCP packets.
