Telephony -> VoIP Calls shows nothing

I've seen this asked a few times and I've checked as best as I can but nothing I've seen has been a solution.

The packets are all on port 5062. The SIP is set to 5060 by default. I've set the protocol to both ports but neither produce any results. If I filter for "sip" I see all of the SIP packets. I've tried in version 1.4.0 on an old laptop and version 2.4.6, both with the same results.

I don't believe it is SIP over TLS. If it were, I believe I'd get no results on the "SIP" filter. I can see all of the detail of the SIP packets. RTP also sees no streams but I assume that's because it can't see the SIP packets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: I've uploaded a call example with the password of "WireShark" here: https://anonfiles.com/m1sf82jbb2/traceWAN3_7z

I assume there is no way to anonymize the file so I hope it doesn't cause any problems.
