Hi, I have a strange issue I've not seen before when deploying software. Hopefully someone can kindly help me please
I can download Wireshark 4.6.0. I can run the installer fine. I can copy the installer directly to my virtual machine and run the installer fine. If I copy the installer to a network share, and then copy it from the network share to the virtual machine, when I run the installer I get an NSIS error.
How can this be? The file can't have been modified surely simply by copying it to the virtual machine by a different route?
We were hoping to deploy to a handful of machines via SCCM but this is proving impossible.
