I can use the wareshark 4.2.5 for capture HTTP protocols on a Mac Book pro M3 (MAC OS Sonoma 14.5) how can I issue this problem?

I am trying to capture the HTTP protocol (http://gaia.cs.umass.edu/wireshark-labs/HTTP-wireshark-file2.html), but unfortunately, I can not capture HTTP. I am using Wi-Fi: en0. Also, I contacted support from Apple, and they told me that the issue must be solved for the people of Wireshark. Please let me know what is the best solution.
