I've seen this issue come up in several posts, going back as far as 12 years ago (since version 1.7.0), but sadly no answer. I'm running macOS 14.0 (sonoma) on intel, and wireshark's latest version (4.2.4). I'm trying to decrypt wpa2, so I go into preferences, protocols, IEEE 802.11, enable decryption, edit and then this happens: apart from wep, any other security protocal displays an 'invalid key format' error message. Even before I start typing anything. Any clue ?
