I’m trying to track down someone who screwed me on crypto using telegram. I’m not even if this is where I should be looking but if someone could help point me in the right direction I would appreciate it

I’m new to everything about all of this. Well computer stuff. I just want to know how to find where someone is using I guess an IP? If you guys can’t help please point me where to go.
