I was wondering, if you have AVG or are using windows defender, will they catch or quarantine malware packets before it gets to wireshark?

I was wondering, if you have turn off AVG or are using and turn on windows defender, will defender active, would wireshark be able to show bad packets that windows defender shows? Or, does windows defender catch malware before they catch or quarantine malware packets before it gets get to wireshark? wireshark like AVG?
