Problem with npcap, service won't install

Hello everyone, I have a problem, I can't use Wireshark, because npcap doesn't install its services:

C:\Windows\System32>sc query npcap [SC] EnumQueryServicesStatus:OpenService failure(s) 1060 :

The specified service does not exist as an installed service. I've tried everything, reinstalled wireshark, reinstalled npcap. I can't start the ncap service, because it doesn't exist... Do you have a potential solution? Thanks in advance
