How can I know how many people in the area of beacon?

If I want to count people that in a specific beacon area, I have to check probe requests or probe responses? Then, how to filter out the specific SSID's probe requests/responses? I have to make that information(without other SSIDs') to a pcap file, and this is very significant for my project. Thank you.
