VoIP Phones Rebooting - RST,ACK

We recently replaced our firewall and now we're having random reboots with our Poly phones. It typically happens to 2-3 phones roughly once per hour. We have about 50 phones in our office. I have done all sorts of troubleshooting to no avail. Finally turned to Wireshark for some clues.

A packet capture shows tons of red entries with RST,ACK for every Poly phone.

4162 7.925444 192.168.200.162 192.168.0.12 TCP 60 53 → 63362 [RST, ACK] Seq=1 Ack=1 Win=0 Len=0

This is hitting a series of ports with each event: 25, 43, 53, 70, 79, 80, 110, 113, 119, 137, and 139.

I have entered all firewall configs as requested by the phone vendor. We have another site with the same firewall that is not having the reboot issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
