I setup a port SPAN to capture a new PXE client booting up and getting the necessary info from our DHCP server and PXE server. In the DHCP offer from our DHCP server, there is a relay agent IP, which is the IP Helper. There is no relay agent IP from our PXE server DHCP offer packet. The PXE client and PXE server are on the same subnet, but our DHCP server is not. If we were using an IP Helper to send packets to the PXE server, wouldn't the offer contain a relay agent IP?
