I was troubleshooting slow file upload issue. Here I can obseeve multiple dupacks,Could be pointing to packet loss. Additionally here on trace (tcptrace graph) ,it can be observed some instance when the data segment surpassed recieve windows on tcp trace graph.

In simple word - blue line overlap the green line. Now i need to know why it happens
