tcp dup ack problem

This tcp capture data comes from between windows server and red hat, No.1205 and No.1206 are two packets generated by tcp unpacking, sent from port 50370 of red hat to port 21000 of windows server, but the packet corresponding to No.1206 has been retransmitted. windows server has not been sending ack to this packet, but from the data received by the socket, windows server did receive the data corresponding to No.1206. This phenomenon is very confusing to me, so I came here to ask for help, please help me to see what causes this situation. My score is too low to upload the file, so I uploaded the screenshot of the packet capture to other storage, at the following address: http://ra0ixa8q3.hn-bkt.clouddn.com/Xnip2022-04-08_16-17-22.jpg
