Problem screenshot attached with remote L2 switch ping screenshot at different location from central L3 switch.
Wireshark capture screenshot also attached.
I'am suspecting IP-packet looping else broadcast that is choking network bandwidth. The problem may remain for 10-15minutes & then automatically restores.
Why so many packets by one device with TTL=1? Is it normal or suspicious?
