User complained of the following problem outgoing call , not ringing but it the phone was showing about 20 seconds like it connected I have a couple questions relating to the capture the RTCP seems to be one way is the response piggybacked I am not that familiar with RTCP also the NTP timestamp shows Dec 8 2037
