I have device connected to USB port of my PC through RS485-to-USB converter adapter. The device is communicating with the PC with its proprietary software and a proprietary protocol but there are no packets being detected or captured by the Wireshark USBcap, it just shows a straight line next to USBcap. How can I resolve this issue.
