how to capture traffic from mag box

I'm trying to sniff packets from my mag (iptv) box so that I can get the deviceID in HTTP GET posts.

I am using a win10 laptop running wireshark 3.4.2 and have setup a bridged network interface between the WiFi adapter and the ethernet adapter. I can see traffic on the LAN including my laptop, chromecast, the router ... but the IP ( and the MAC) for the mag box isn't showing at all anywhere. The mag box is working because I'm watching TV on it and so it must be communicating with the server using the username , serial number and device ID.

Can someone guide me through what I need to do please to sniff the mag box.
