Capture traffic generated by a given device

I am trying to see the traffic between my Smart plug to the internet (its service). I have Wireshark install on my Laptop, also I enabled the promiscuous mode on the interface. But, all I see when I captured traffic for an hour, the Smart plug (10.0.0.233) is sending packet to my Laptop(10.0.0.118) as you can see in the attached pic. This is probably broadcast packets. but I don't see the actual traffic being sent to Smart plug service (As what we see when the browser is connected to amazon.com, the source will be my laptop , and the destination will be amazo.com Right!!). I want to see that when my Smart plug is connected to its service OR automation platform (IFTTT)). I don't know what I am missing here.
