wireshark uploading IC,Interface Capture, Name Resolution

Question going over tutorials and still not understanding everything it appears that something or someone blocks me from posting ie get a message that says error in red and says my account is managed by organization, now I now this has nothing to do with wireshark but is there a way to upload files directly or automatically rather than copy and paste technique would be easier so that you can see the nonsense that I am dealing with.

still learning but wondering what this means as its interface capture Frame 1: 423 bytes on wire (3384 bits), 423 bytes captured (3384 bits) on interface \Device\NPF_{FF3CC842-503C-45DC-99FF-ED926FCC2C3F}, id 0 Interface id: 0 (\Device\NPF_{FF3CC842-503C-45DC-99FF-ED926FCC2C3F}) Encapsulation type: Ethernet (1) Arrival Time: Apr 19, 2020 00:33:12.732023000 Eastern Daylight Time [Time shift for this packet: 0.000000000 seconds] Epoch Time: 1587270792.732023000 seconds [Time delta from previous captured frame: 0.000000000 seconds] [Time delta from previous displayed frame: 0.000000000 seconds] [Time since reference or first frame: 0.000000000 seconds] Frame Number: 1 Frame Length: 423 bytes (3384 bits) Capture Length: 423 bytes (3384 bits) [Frame is marked: False] [Frame is ignored: False] [Protocols in frame: eth:ethertype:ip:udp:ssdp] [Coloring Rule Name: UDP] [Coloring Rule String: udp] Ethernet II, Src: HitronTe_ae:fb:f2 (00:fc:8d:ae:fb:f2), Dst: Cisco-Li_c3:b3:b5 (c8:d7:19:c3:b3:b5) Destination: Cisco-Li_c3:b3:b5 (c8:d7:19:c3:b3:b5) Source: HitronTe_ae:fb:f2 (00:fc:8d:ae:fb:f2) Type: IPv4 (0x0800) Internet Protocol Version 4, Src: 192.168.0.1, Dst: 239.255.255.250 0100 .... = Version: 4 .... 0101 = Header Length: 20 bytes (5) Differentiated Services Field: 0x00 (DSCP: CS0, ECN: Not-ECT) Total Length: 409 Identification: 0x0000 (0) Flags: 0x4000, Don't fragment Fragment offset: 0 Time to live: 2 Protocol: UDP (17) Header checksum: 0xc6b0 [validation disabled] [Header checksum status: Unverified] Source: 192.168.0.1 Destination: 239.255.255.250 User Datagram Protocol, Src Port: 42735, Dst Port: 1900 Simple Service Discovery Protocol Source Port: 42735 Also port 443 AzureWav_32:f0:5d Cisco-Li_c3:b3:b5
