I would like to investigate our QoS issues that I have been tasked with. I would like to know if there is a way to get the beacon frames with their 802.11e values with a Windows 10 machine and onboard wireless card.
Is this possible?

I have installed NPCAP and the latest version of Wireshark, however when I click the checkbox for "monitor mode" the box is instantly erased to remove it.
I am struggling to find a good guide on how to properly install of this and then use the interfaces to capture beacon frames from the AP.
