When CIoT UE sends Attach Request with ePCO, Wireshark shows Context Response and Attach Accept messages partially malformed. Is CIoT R13 fully supported on Wireshark? I have been testing with versions 2.4.3 and 2.5.0rc0-2274-g6f93bace.
