If there is a disconnected network, does manual copy of data to DVD come under OSI protocol? If so, how can it be categorized in terms of different OSI layers?
If there is a disconnected network, does manual copy of network between two sites, employee copies the data manually to DVD and uses his car to carry DVD between these sites. Does this come under OSI protocol? If so, how can it be categorized in terms of different OSI layers?
