Info column SMTP shows "| | |" instead of the protocol commands

Hi.

I'm facing a problem that I can't figure out how to solve it and I couldn't find any relevant link throught the web. Why Wireshark's info column is showing only those "| | | | |" instead of "MAIL FROM", "RCTP", "DATA" and others SMTP commands?

I'm using my Outlook Mail account from Mozilla Thunderbird. I've already tried to use Gmail as well. Also, I've tried to change authentication methods but not succeed.

Hello, I had a similar issue but with ARP recently. I think the best way forward is just to uninstall wireshark and make sure you select the remove user preferences setting while uninstalling. Then reinstall and see if the info column updates.

Or simply revert to the default profile by clicking the profile display at the bottom right of the status bar. If that works you can then create a new custom profile and delete your old one.
