I would like to know who has accessed my remote wifi security camera. The Zmodo camera uses the router's wifi. I can view the camera remotely via the Zmodo app.
I know I can change the password to restrict access; however, I would like to know when those who have access are accessing the camera.

Your question is in two parts. One is in the past tense: "...who has accessed my remote wifi security camera", the other in present tense: "...when those who have access are accessing the camera." The first one would have to be answered from any logs the network equipment or camera keeps. This is outside the scope of this Q&A. The second one is a inquiry for an alert system (or IDS), which is also outside the scope of this Q&A.
