missing capture interface (CTRL + I), where can i find it?
i cant find my capture - capture interface (CTRL + I), please help
That's an old video that shows the no longer used GTK interface. Current Wireshark versions use the Qt interface.
The equivalent dialog can be found from the Capture -> Options .. menu with a hot key of Ctrl + K. Note that the Qt dialog also does things in a different way, so other things in the video might not be directly applicable.

What's the name of the interface you're trying to find?
And on what operating system are you running Wireshark?
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50Ghz (4CPUs), ~2,7 Memory : 8192MB RAM directx 12 windows 10 pro 64-bit BIOS : InsydeH20 Version 05.11.19V1.09 NVIDIA GeForce 940MX with 2 GB Dedicated VRAM
Actually, i'm going to learn step by step by this tutorial, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r0l_5... and i'm stuck when the video wants me to go to Menu Capture - Capture interface.
