Actually, i'm going to learn step by step by this tutorial, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r0l_5... and i'm stuck when the video wants me to go to Menu Capture - Capture interface.

That's an old video that shows the no longer used GTK interface. Current Wireshark versions use the Qt interface.

The equivalent dialog can be found from the Capture -> Options .. menu with a hot key of Ctrl + K. Note that the Qt dialog also does things in a different way, so other things in the video might not be directly applicable.
