Do you have a reference to this "Audiocodes" plugin, it doesn't seem to be part of the Wireshark distribution?

Edit: Wireshark does have an existing built-in dissector for "AudioCodes Trunk Trace", see here.

There seems to be some AudioCodes plugins for Wireshark 2.4.5 here.

You'll have to obtain that version for Wireshark and then copy the plugins to the plugins folder which can be found by using the menu Help | About Wireshark | Folders. Note the actual menu names might be a bit different for such an old version of Wireshark.

If you have any further difficulties, you should ask AudioCodecs support how to use their plugins.
