Mac build error with www.soft-switch.org

I try to build wireshark-2.6.5 on MacOS Mojave 10.14.1 I got this error. Failed to connect to www.soft-switch.org port 443

I cannot connect to www.soft-switch.org. Do you know some alternative for workaround this issue?

I install spandsp by brew.

brew install spandsp

And remove install_spandsp in tools/macos-setup.sh

That resolved the issue.
