Decode G.722 on Mac

What's the trick to getting Wireshark on Mac to decode G722 RTP streams? Release notes for 2.4 says it's supported "via the SpanDSP library." Is that something that needs to be installed separately from Wireshark?

On macOS the SpanDSP library isn't part of the build. Therefore its facilities aren't available in the stock macOS build of Wireshark. I'm not aware of the reasons why this is so, probably because there's some development setup issue with this lib.
