Trying to download version 2.0.3 but the ".exe" or ".msi" is missing from the zip folder at your below link. Please could you advise. https://1.na.dl.wireshark.org/win64/a...

The zip file you have download is the pdb's for that version (used for debugging), not the installable binaries. Try the .exe installer.
